(Some things I'd like to write simply don't belong on my blogs. Here's hoping my friends here can find them useful, nonetheless, perhaps as a summary to share with those you know.)
In the Kingdom of Heaven, we are taught we cannot know the heart of any man, only God can. He won't let us check the Lamb's Book of Life. What we can do is deduce something of a man's character from his behavior. That is, we can know as much as we need to know about a man, so as to handle him according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit living inside us.
To some degree, we can also purposefully discern the character of any identifiable group of humans. That groups always possess a distinct character is indisputable. The longer such a group affiliates, the more strongly that character manifests. We servants of Christ can easily see the government of the United States is not us, notwithstanding the propaganda soundbites claiming we are. Within our national government, we can easily discern the President and numerous attached Executive Branch officials form a coherent group, a tight bunch of insiders who have forcefully excluded all others.
Given their penchant for secrecy, we can only guess their motives and plans. Just from a sampling of articles today, we can draw a tentative picture of the character of this group. For example,
the complete lack of interest in border security. Indeed, given past punishment of those most effective in securing the borders, we can be sure this group is hostile to border integrity. There is a pattern of behavior which brings the unmistakable conclusion these folks are working with the government of Mexico in a concrete and well-planned effort to dissolve the border.
Lest anyone suggest the proposed "border fence" indicates otherwise, we should note
Chertoff's execution of the 2006 legislation mandating such a fence clearly points to a cynical effort to make it as painful as possible. That is, having been saddled with a demand from Congress, ostensibly reflecting the demand of citizens nation-wide, the primary benefactors will be punished severely throughout the process. We should fully expect Chertoff and company will conduct a prolonged and mean-spirited campaign to warn America the Administration has no interest in what the people want or need. When the system successfully forces their hands, look for them steal, kill and destroy as much as possible in the process.
How about protecting us from al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups? It's not hard to find
proof there is no real al-Qaeda, except as a creature of the combined intelligence agencies of the US, Israel, UK, and others, such as Pakistan. Since there is far too much
evidence the legendary Osama bin Laden has been dead for some time, we should hardly be surprised when the same agencies have to find
a new and better boogie-man to provide cover for more wars.
That these wars are mostly a matter of profit for large private corporations friendly to the Administration is

Whatever baloney we have been fed about why we are there, the real reasons are easily deduced by the conduct of the officials executing the commands to fight there. The material exposing these indicative actions are easily found, in quantity and quality easily forming an encyclopedia just from what has been leaked already.
Those in the Administration not working for private corporations are often
working for some other government as paid employees. The work they perform for these other governments can only be characterized as "not in our national interest" at the very least. Never has the question,
Cui bono? been of more significance.
It would be all too easy to go on and on. Can there be any doubt the government of the United States is merely that government
over the her? These people are not our people; they belong to some other. Whether you want to mark them as self-guided or merely tools of some more secretive organization, no one in their right mind can claim this group represents the people living in this land.
God help us, for
we, the sheeple of the United States of America have so long refused to take effective action against those so clearly identified as our enemies in this government, there is no stopping them now.
